Rashad Evans' Mom Is on Rampage's Side

This Fan Post was promoted to the front page by Nick Thomas.
"My mom’s on Rampage’s side. She’s cheering for Rampage," Evans said with a laugh. "She’s always saying, ‘Ruuh-shawd, be nice to Rampage! He’s so funny!’ I’m like, ‘Ma, who cares if he’s funny?’"
"Ruuh-shawd," continued Evans, in his mother impersonation. "Get me a Rampage shirt!"
--Rashad Evans, Talking to the Las Vegas Sun about his mother being a Rampage fan. Rashad also says that while he won't be facing him on UFC 107 as originally planned, the animosity between them wouldn't be fading anytime soon.

the only sad part about this is
this will probably discourage rashad from ever doing impressions of mike tyson ever again, in fear that he will be backstage waiting to bite his ear off.

Have you seen Mike Tyson lately. Ears are his appetizers at this point.

Wow, his Tyson is perfect. Spot on.
They did him dirty, having his mom wait on the line like that, though.
The look on his face, Priceless.

He can be
He can be SO classy and funny and I start really liking him, then he turns around and acts like a D-Bag again. I never know what to think about him.
Definitely watch the video. Great Tyson. I like how he didn’t try to do a caricature impression. If he was talking to you on the phone, you’d think you were actually talking to Tyson.
Then he does his Mom (mind out of the gutters gents) and she gets on the line and sounds exactly the same! Awesome.
Looks like Rashad has another Vegas gig waiting for him if the whole fighting thing doesn’t work out.

It's official: I like Rashad Evans.
Never thought it would happen. I’ve been a hater for years but the guy won me over. He was great on TUF and cracked me up with his impersonations. Well played, my man.
Perhaps my best years are gone. When there was a chance of happiness. But I wouldn't want them back. Not with the fire in me now. No, I wouldn't want them back.
