Really wanna see the mouth KO’d …….. dude thinks he’s the best of the best LMFAO ……. Machida demolished him and still zero humbling ……. hey Rashad Rampage is next I hope …… could be three KO losses in a row for Rashad.
Now if that don’t humble him nothing will.

Zero humbling? He sort of said in the video that to be dominated the way he was by Machida and lose in such an emphatic fashion humbles you. I wasnt a Rashad fan before TUF10, i thought he was incredibly cocky. Maybe i was wrong all along but after watching the show he certainly seems a pretty decent, down to earth guy.

In Evans’ defense he is among the top 5 light heavyweights in the world.

by Andy R on Dec 30, 2009 10:23 AM EST up reply actions

Thats debatable …….. maybe in the UFC but the world?

Which non-UFC LHWs are you thinking could crack the Top 10, or Top 5? Mousasi and who else?

by Hardcharger on Dec 30, 2009 10:28 AM EST up reply actions

Who would you rank above him?

Look at BE’s light heavyweight rankings. Aside from the other three fighters in the top four, who on that list could you argue has a good chance against Rashad?

Maybe Mousasi and Anderson Silva? But that’s it really.

Spewing out a few words during that vid certainly doesn’t mean that the Machida fight humbled him ……. look at his behavior during Tuf 10.What your saying is nothing short of BS …… the guy is not the least bit humbled by any means and what comes outta that big mouth shows it too …….. I just hope Thiago humbles him but I really think humbling this guy is all but impossible.

by twodragunns on Dec 30, 2009 10:23 AM EST reply actions

That doesn’t make much sense. How can you claim what somebody says is “nothing short of BS” before claiming you know as fact he hasnt been affected by the manner in which he lost? It’s essentially a matter of opinion. I think its humbled him, you still think he’s cocky. If you want to look at behaviour throughout TUF10, then look at him helping his team in and out of the cage, look at him helping ’Page’s team after they lose. Whilst Rashad is picking one of Page’s team members up, telling him he’ll bounce back, Page is painting Team Rashad’s dressing room pink. Dont get me wrong, i like Rampage, find him funny..but i dont think you could call Rashad’s behaviour on TUF in any way cocky or arrogant.

I hope Rashad humbles Thiago so he wont be pointing fingers on half conscious fighters. And then Anderson Silva will move to LHW and will humble everybody…HA!

Seeing people talk crap about Rashad that isn’t in the slightest true is absolutely infuriating. Rashad doesn’t talk anymore trash than the average fighter. The man fucking fights for a living. I can’t believe there are douchebags that care this much about a man being humbled when he isn’t even particularly arrogant. What the fuck? I swear there have to be other factors at play here…

wait a second

Rashad was listening to Rampage during the Machida fight? He says that Rampage was louder than his own corner and was giving him good advice, so he tried it once or twice.
Maybe he’s just kidding a little, but that seems insane.

Must have been great advice, “hit him! Hit Him! Come on man Hit him!”-Rampage.

for all intents and purposes, just consider all my posts as works of satire.

by Bandaka on Dec 30, 2009 11:25 AM EST up reply actions

Yeah, I think Greg Jackson was the one to be listening to. Not that Rampage doesn’t know how to fight, but just in terms of knowing Rashad’s game inside and out. And knowing what the game plan was.

Use all ten points.

Not sure why Greg got crossed out. I meant to italicize
