Late Night Fights: Takeya Mizugaki vs. Kenji Osawa

Takeya MizugakiWith WEC 45 just a few days away I figured it was a good time to take a look at one of the fighters on the card in his earlier days.  Conveniently enough I've gone with Takeya Mizugaki's scrap with fellow WEC fighter Kenji Osawa in Shooto at Korakuen Hall.  Coming into this fight on November 10, 2006 Takeya Mizugaki was 6-0-1.  Kenji Osawa was playing the role of the older veteran with his 11-5-1 record.

This fight is far from a technical masterpiece but it is a damn fun brawl.

Tonight's fun fact: This was the only fight on the card that did not go to a decision.
