UFC 105 Preview: Jonathan Chaimberg, Denis Kang's Strength and Conditioning Coach
"We're working on Kang's speed and power endurance. Being able to takedown Bisping, throw combinations and then do it again."
"...Wolfslair is more old school. Britain is a bit behind (in technique). ...You know what you get with Bisping. Bisping you need to be careful about X amount of things... maybe 1,2,3 and then from there on he's not going to show too many more wrinkles in his game. He's not a powerful guy so you don't have to worry about his power and Bisping doesn't fight well backing up."
"I think Bisping is going to come out crazy and set the tempo. Bisping will come forward with his peppering style and be happy with a decision. ... (But) Kang is just as strong and powerful as Dan Henderson. It will be a fun fight."

the thing about this fight
is that both guys are so damaged from their recent performances (Kang’s loss to Belcher, Bisping’s Henderization) that it’s almost a “who cares” bout more than anything else.
I’m a huge Denis Kang fan, but beating Bisping will only be a small step back on the road to contention.
For Bisping, damn a second straight loss, particularly to someone like Kang — a once top fighter in Japan who’s been written off by UFC fans — will send his career into a downward spiral that it will be very hard to recover from.
