Brock-lesnar

Brock Lesnar is still sick, and may not be ready in time for UFC 108 on January 2nd, according to Greg Nelson in an interview with Kevin Iole:

"I’m not sure exactly what it is he has, mono or whatever, but I know that he was sick and couldn’t get a good, hard workout in," Nelson said. "There’s a big difference between making an appearance and smiling and waving at a football game and going out and doing what he has to do in his training."

I just read an article

about how Brock is pulling out because of how he’s sick. Even though he knows he’s the UFC’s biggest draw, and that they’ve been hard up lately for putting together solid cards.

Makes you appreciate how tough Nog is, for going into the Mir fight coming off a knee injury AND a staph infection. No wonder the dudes a legend.

In Brock’s defense there is a difference between the pain of an injured knee and not being able to breath properly.

At least we know it doesn’t affect his ability to blow Viking horns.

What about being hospitalized for staph?

Depending on the type. Golden Staph takes it home. If he fought with golden staph…I would bow down to him.

Why would Brock Lesnar catch the swine flu? Weakned immunity from all the training he do?

for all intents and purposes, just consider all my posts as works of satire.

Has he even gone to a doctor?

by Niles on Nov 4, 2009 6:58 AM EST reply actions

He tried...

…but when the doctor examined him, Brock mistook it for the guy coming on to him.

First it was flu, then swine flu, now “mono or whatever” What has he been diagnosed with from a doctor? Coming out to deny the rumors that he isn’t really sick with that statement only adds fuel to the fire.

Lesnar’s people have said all along that it wasn’t swine flu.
