Is Ed Soares managing Aldo now? If he is, mann, excellent Brazilian fighters must just gravitate towards him.
"He hit like a bitch."
Loved this!
Junior seems like a great kid and a great story. The guy is such a talent. I hadn’t heard that he’d done a bunch of capoiera when he was younger. You can see that spring, agility and awareness makes a great base for his fighting style. This is probably a pipedream for the time being, but I would love to see him fight BJ Penn. Aldo’s young and a tall featherweight, he could probably put on ten pounds of lean muscle and be just as quick and explosive. Aldo/Penn would be right up there with Anderson/Shogun and Anderson/Machida as dream matchups for me.
