Im glad Forrest apologized to Anderson about there fight.
Everyone has a game plan, untell they get hit.
yeah, that was cool to see. i found it funny that anderson had a chat with dana cageside as well. obviously he’s got better english than he lets on.
p.s. ariel herwani needs a nerdier cameraman.
hey jerkface!!!
I’m nerdy enough.

but for the record, those ben sherman shirts are supposed to have a snug fit. :)

Hey, I am with you, but Hardy has a few things going for him. Bad ass hair, kinda in shape, pro fighter, no glasses, british. I know nothing of fasion and I don’t dress myself, so cookies is good enough for me.

he does know English
I met him at an event once, and we had a 5 minute conversation. His English is definitely slow, but he understands most everything. Or at least in our conversation…

Understanding the listening part of a language and speaking it are totally different worlds.
It is very, very easy to gain an ear for a language compared to learning to speak it.
Considering the number of Brazilian fighters in the UFC and MMA in general.
That would have been a very smart business move if it were true.
That was my favorite part. Both guys are class acts.

agreed
I had already given my respect back to Forrest when Joe Rogan was interviewing him after the fight, when he said Silva had broke him. I can’t stay mad at that guy, emotions run high and what he did is history, going back and man’ing up afterwards counts for a lot.
cagar é uma filosofia profunda...
a merda bate na água e a água bate na bunda.
Good behind the scenes footage, but would it kill Dana’s vlog guy to learn how to balance the damn audio, it really would take an extra 3 minutes of editing, c’mon.
First time I’ve seen Forrest act humble about that whole deal, glad to see it.
Also, not a Kos fan, but I kinda wanted to see him jack Tito square in his “cracked” skull.
Watching Forrest apologize to Silva like that and other little moments in these video blogs makes them worth keeping around. It’s classic stuff.

yeah for sure. The vlogs that are filmed the days before the event are usually pretty boring, but the fight night one is always fantastic

two things of note
The exchange between Forrest and Anderson was cool, and I don’t think I would get along with Josh Kos. on any level.
I found the clip of Chuck being ecstatic pretty cool, a different perspective of him as a fan/coach outside the cage
That’s the most emotion I’ve ever seen Chuck show outside the cage, I was kinda surprised.

And here I thought that fighters were all kittens and sunshine when they weren’t in the cage.

I don't watch many of Dana's video blogs
But there was definitely some cool stuff on that one.
Great to see the exchange between A Silva and Forrest. I’ve got more respect for both of them after seeing that.
I wonder if Amir and KOS get along. Seems like they have very different personalities!
I for one would like to see Hardy vs KOS just to see what would happen!
That is the most animated I’ve ever seen Chuck outside of a victory celebration.

![Evidence of Anthony Johnson poking Josh Koscheck's left eye, prior to the "illegal" knee:
Johnson had this to say after the fight:
"I didn't hit him in the head, I hit him in the arm. I don't know why he would act like [that], I guess he was gassing. That's the only thing I can think of, [him] trying to find some kind of excuse to complain. I know I didn't hit him in the head. I thought I timed it perfect but I didn't and that's my fault. After him poking me in the eye it made a big difference. Then he did it twice and got both eyes the second time because when he swings, he jabs with his open hand and the right didn't even hit me, it was just the open palm strike and my eyes, my eyes are burning like hell right now. After I hurt him, he needed that, he needed some kind of excuse to recover, but it's all good."
