The MMA Gods have smiled upon me again. I'll be on the air today.
Today on "MMA Nation" we'll be joined by WEC Lightweight Champion Jamie Varner. We'll talk to him about his upcoming title defense against interim champion Ben Henderson at WEC 46, his thoughts on UFC 106 and much more..
We'll also be talking about Brock Lesnar, the problem of missing UFC stars, and lots and lots of UFC 106 discussion.

Man I hate how your show gets bumped at the whims of others and when it does air, it’s a guessing game as to when it gets released to iTunes.
