Alves looks like a dinosaur with those fans on his shoulders.

GSP, fuck yeah, been waiting for that one. Saw the replica UFC belt and octagon along with a bunch of figures at Wal mart last night, pretty sweet.

Horrible.

Terrible...

The Round5 stuff looks better.

by CSKit on Nov 2, 2009 10:18 PM EST up reply actions

The round 5 stuff does look better, but Bas and GSP are the only ones I’d want.

Good on them for getting old school with El Guapo.

hahaha @ the lyoto unibrow

Rampage’s figure looks like a ‘random muscular black guy’ action figure.

by willydynamite on Nov 2, 2009 10:19 PM EST via mobile reply actions

i prefer the round 5 figures, because it’s more realistic and for displaying preference, while this line I guess is intended for children because they can manipulate the limbs of the fighters….

Bas looks like George “The Animal” Steele.

Mike Brown looks like Josh Thomson.

Lyoto looks like he’s implemented a serious lifting program.

Rampage looks more like Cheick Kongo than…Rampage.

Thiago Alves just looks odd.

by Cannon Jacques on Nov 2, 2009 10:21 PM EST reply actions

I was thinking Rampage looked just like King Mo.

by mjw2e on Nov 2, 2009 10:30 PM EST up reply actions

i thought it was kongo too

The Rampage figure could have easily been Anderson SIlvas

by Dropkick434 on Nov 2, 2009 10:25 PM EST reply actions

They pulled the Rampage figure from the “Angry Black Man™” bin.

by ufc4 on Nov 2, 2009 10:28 PM EST up reply actions

fixed that for you

The Rampage figure could have easily been Anderson SIlvas is the junkyard dog from jakks but with shorts on

Worst action figures ever. The Round 5 ones are wayyyy nicer.

Does Mike Thomas Brown’s dad own the company or something?

If he’s got that level of mainstream appeal I say merge the promotions.

Rampage looks terrible…
Bas looks hilarious. But, I must have it.

MMA is on skis and headed for the shark…

by judonerd on Nov 3, 2009 12:35 AM EST reply actions

Wow that’s some retarded looking shit. I’m sure they made the shoulders really stupid like that so you can actually put the fighters in some grappling positions, but what they gain in playability they lose a ton in looks. Those shoulder joints look totally anatomically incorrect. It’s horrible.

by Dexerion on Nov 3, 2009 12:42 AM EST up reply actions

I’m a geek for these things. GSP, Nate and Machida look good. Bas looks creepy. And that’s definitely not Rampage.

I love me some Sexyama!

by pud333 on Nov 3, 2009 12:43 AM EST reply actions

Not to sound like a perv, but...

How come all of their left nipples are bigger than their right nipples, if they even have nipples?

Nogueira doesn’t have nipples.

He lost them when he got run over by that truck.

by ufc4 on Nov 3, 2009 7:24 AM EST via mobile up reply actions

Too soon!

No, that was hilarious.

bas looks like hes well into a deep coke session.
GSP looks like a fool
Lyoto isnt too bad they left the unibrow
the rampage one is awful
Nate looks like he has a jerry curl but it looks like him
Alves must have hit the roids and focused only on building his shoulders
Ill wait for the round 5 GSP and Lyoto

For me ...

The only figures for MMA fans are the Japanese HAO range. If you haven’t seen any, just have a look on ebay. They are slightly cartoony, but they capture the likeness of every single fighter they ever sculpted.

what’s with the nipples?

by CC11 on Nov 3, 2009 8:21 AM EST up reply actions

He heard Sexyama would be moving up in weight to fight him.

Everytime I open BE's site

bas’s face scares the shit out of me all over again.

by judonerd on Nov 3, 2009 5:50 AM EST reply actions

Bas looks like a psychoatic Mr. Clean.

for all intents and purposes, just consider all my posts as works of satire.

by Bandaka on Nov 3, 2009 9:05 AM EST reply actions

Bas’ smile is freaking me out.

Marquardt’s is pretty good.

by swells2048 on Nov 3, 2009 10:12 AM EST reply actions

These look fucking terrible, they look like they’ll fall apart within a week. The gaping joints of the movable parts ruin the aesthetics of it, they look like cheap glued together pieces of plastic
