King Mo v. Mike Whitehead
I hope King Mo trucks him early, because that may be among the most boring fights of the year.
Of course, it’s not a stretch to think that about any Mike Whitehead fight.

Winner gets Mousasi. Sorrr, winner.

Dan Hardy will find out.
BTW, how the hell was that a #1 contender match.
Oh, wait, I guess I know, GSP has already beaten all the guys that are better than Swick and Hardy.
Smart match-making
Best available option. Not sure if Mo is ready. We’ll see next month.

Yeah, Whitehead is a good fighter with TONS of experience. Definitely a BIG challenge for King MO.

I’m a little shocked that some people consider him a gimme for Mo at this point in his career. Whitehead is a tough guy that was once a top-flight prospect, and never quite put it all together as expected.

Think everyone saw this coming.
Looking down the roster Whitehead was the most obvious choice. He’s good enough to offer a test but not good enough to pose much of a threat of winning, plus he’s visible coming off the Randleman win.
Should be fun to watch the King’s rise through the ranks.
Without pain, without sacrifice, we would have nothing.

the most entertaining bout will be cung le vs scott smith
cung le always puts on a good show. i just don’t want a good fight i want to be entertained.

I’m sure he’s the unofficial main event for every card he’ll be on.

Well, yeah, a lot of people are willing to pay to watch him fight.
Actually, that hasn’t been proven yet, but we do know a lot of people are willing to watch him fight.

I like Whitehead
A good test for King Mo
In fact, Whitehead was involved in one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen on TV. You guys remember on TUF 2 where he stood there while Joe Stevenson climbed around him over 200 revolutions? Thats one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen.
Wow...Mo's first loss?
Whitehead ain’t a slouch and his refocused training has thus far made him look REALLY good. Even in his loss to Babalu he looked great standing. Then again, Babalu tends to invoke the best in his opponents when he trades. Still…Mo ain’t ready. Whitehead by decision.
