Nate, based on PBP I've been reading

Winner’s was more of a true KO, while Gustafsson had a TKO, unless you saw differently.

Siver puts a beating on Kelly. 2nd round TKO. Dayyum.

Man, Siver is absolutely deadly with that spinning back kick

He stopped Mohr with it, and now he breaks Kelly’s rib and sets up the finish with it.

This is awesome.

I was a little disappointed not a lot of people gave Siver a chance. That guy is wreckless and something told me he would Win this fight. Thanks for the updates you guys.

Spinning back kick win:
Kelly remains down for several minutes while Siver does his post-fight interview. Once up, Kelly is helped from the cage by his handlers, who hold a bucket in front of his mouth as they exit the cage.)

That kick is nasty, just plain nasty.

I have a feeling that this is going to become one of those english cards that blows the fuck out of everyone’s mind.

I had that feeling since day one. These free ones that everyone thinks are crap usually end up being great.

Yeah I want to see these prelims...

we are going to get a lot of commercials though.

UFC 95 aired all but 1 prelim fight on Spike

That was a wicked card.

Nick stops Riddle!

by An0nymous on Nov 14, 2009 1:55 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

I am getting killed on my picks!

I was SURE Riddle would win that one.

Wow, I thought Nick sucked bad.

by Meshuggeth on Nov 14, 2009 1:57 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

All of the talk coming out of Rough House was that Nick was in RETARDED shape, beating the shit out of every one and tapping Hardy for fun. He’s legit.

Who did you pick in the Couture/Vera fight?

by goodbones on Nov 14, 2009 2:10 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Regrets not betting on Osipczak

I really couldn’t pull the trigger with everyone so on board with Riddle. Thought it would be a waste of money… but yeah I always like Osipczak’s composure if anything.

Etim by guillotine, nice.

by An0nymous on Nov 14, 2009 2:15 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

Me too. I picked Gugerty because I trained with his brother at City Boxing in San Diego. I really shouldn’t let myself pick that way, but oh well.

I picked Riddle wrong

Surprised Nick did so well

Hahahaha

Who the hell pirates a free card?

by Tedd Welch on Nov 14, 2009 2:23 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

I mean I'm sure it's an issue

But also sort of ridiculous to think about :)

by Tedd Welch on Nov 14, 2009 2:24 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

It’s nearly impossible for me to watch free cards, while watching a PPV just takes about a 5 min. drive.

People who don’t own a TV.

Has Hathaway/Taylor started yet?

by goodbones on Nov 14, 2009 2:37 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

1st round gone. Uneventful, Hathaway wins on takedowns (apparently).

by An0nymous on Nov 14, 2009 2:39 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Yeah just caught that on sherdog.

2 rounds for Hathaway.

Hathaway UD.

Taylor now 3-4 in the UFC.

Seems like all they’re keeping him for is the fact that he’s a FOTN haven.

Fire Bruce DeHaven.

And that’s it for the undercard.

by goodbones on Nov 14, 2009 2:52 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

5-1 for the undercard

by Meshuggeth on Nov 14, 2009 2:55 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

I would love to see Etim get a shot on the main card of a US event

even if it’s a UFN or a TUF Finale. Four wins in a row, and three of them by stoppage…the kid is red-hot and dangerous on the feet and the ground.

by Scott Haber on Nov 14, 2009 3:08 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

Siver for that matter as well.

He’s always hugely underestimated, and who else can claim two TKO’s-via-spinning-back-kick in their last three fights? Hell, give me Etim vs. Siver on a UFN card ;)

by Scott Haber on Nov 14, 2009 3:12 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Could end up FOTY.

WOOOOOHOOOOOO!

I put $98 down on a Hardy/Osipczak/Siver parlay.

I won almost $5000!

I like using semi-colons; they make me feel smart.
