Help finding a fight with a tad of an obscure description.

PrintI'm trying to find a fight that I saw on Spike quite a few years ago, maybe 2006. It was long before I became a fan of MMA. This was a UFC fight. Some key facts that I hope I am remembering correctly:
- 8 second KO. Fighter 1 misses opening punch, fighter 2 KO's him.
- Fighter 1 was a Canadian. Fighter 2 was American.
- I think they said it was tied for fastest KO at the time.
- Fighter 1 talked ****, fighter 2 was semi-humble.
That's all I got. This is all from a few years ago, so any of it can be wrong. Anyone know some fights that can fit this description? This was one of the earliest fights I have ever seen and would like to re-watch it now that I am a serious fan.
