The real question is...

Will his body hold up for 6 more fights?

Yep, I have Twitter too. Follow me @deowade

If “Lights Out” Chris Lytle can do it, then so can the “Hands of Steel.” Strikeforce is just such a good fit for Scott Smith. If he were in the UFC, he would most likely be a lower tier or a mid tier at best.

When is the last time Lytle got really hurt in a fight?

He got dropped in the end of the first round of his most recent fight with Kevin Burns. Lytle also fights at a torrid pace and takes a lot of shots with an example being his fight with Paul Taylor.

Lytle is nothing like Smith. The fight with Diaz, he took too much punishment. Terrible reffing; MMA refs need to stop more fights on the feet

agreed

which is why i’m surprised some of the other mid-tier ufc castoffs (mcdonald, leites, etc) haven’t signed with them as well. fear of being blacklisted if strikeforce shuts down, i suppose.
