well Frank was 25 there, and Dan is actually a little over 2 years older than Frank. i personally think it’s funny that he picked a grappling match to show as his reasoning for a fight between the 2. Frank had skills back in the day when no one else knew submissions, or thought that submissions were for pussies that couldn’t fight, but i cant think of anyone less relevant to the sport as it exists today. He’s a Legend in his own mind
In what universe would Frank fight Hendo? He has ducked every top fighter ever since he left the UFC. Instead he has been hand picking guys in lower weight classes and getting his ass kicked.
He could have fought lindland in Bodog for great money but he turned it down. His “business plan” was to collect paychecks while fighting scrubs for the next 8 years… Unfortunately those scrubs have been kicking his ass.
I like that. Bisping should be added to the dictionary.

Andrie should switch
to Jackson’s camp full-time. I think he would get more out of it than training with Freddie Roach.
Didn’t know Cub was down there. Didn’t know anything could get him out of SoCal.

Kim Cotoure is 1-1. Why is she talking so much shit? Just because your ex husband is a future hall of fame MMA fighter that doesn’t make you one. I’ll be surprised if Kim walks away from MMA with a winning record.
If that’s the case then Kim needs to take some lessons from Tara on how to cut a promo. Her trash talking skills are weak!
