Josh Neer Files Civil Suit Against Iowa State Patrol
Josh Neer plead guilty to OWI and eluding Police when he was arrested for Drunken Driving and led Police on a high speed chase on New Years Day. Neer admitted to being drunk but filed a civil suit after cops used excessive force when he got out and surrendered to Police.

Just because he might be a ‘2x drunk driver’ doesnt give them a right to excessively force them to do anything. Don’t be a hater and act like your Mr. Perfect and never broke a law more than once.
He led cops on a high speed chase...On New Years nontheless...
When you endanger the lives of yourself and others around you (including The Officers) you deserve and ass kicking.
