Gilbert Yvel, a true legend of MMA has been licensed for one fight by the NSAC which declined to license him to fight at PRIDE 33 in Las Vegas.
Yvel is infamous for multiple disqualifications for eye gouging and assaulting the referee.

I think knocking out Rizzo, Kongo, and Schilt
in your MMA career gets you pretty close to “legendary” status.
