I think Hughes requested him and they want to promote the rematch. Its a lock they talk about Hughes the whole fight.

The fight with Hallman is more about him knowing that he is better and with his ego I’m sure he cant get over the fact that he lost to him 2x so quickly.
Expect him to be asking for a rematch with GSP after he beats Hallman tho.
