I wouldn’t even want to be the wall that the pad was attached to. His training partners all say that nobody even tries to kick him in sparring because he catches everything and slams the crap out of everyone.

Too bad for Cain he didn’t run his mouth after UFC100. He could have easily got that shot at Brock instead of Carwin getting it.
