Also

Good to see that Japanese fighters (most of them anyway) know how to dress and look professional.

Yeah, everybody except Gomi.

Takanori not so much.

Although detractors decry (MMA) as a brutal, bloody form of human cockfighting, aficionados know it is a brutal, bloody, totally fucking awesome form of human cockfighting

Gomi is too street to dress nice. Kills his cred

Gimme 1 Round!

Gomi's hat...

looks like it has the same emblem as on the belts. I don’t know why, but I find that pretty funny if it is.

Did they have a leak in there?

Did you know we are in high demand, Laura?

I can’t wait to see this event going to have some great fights.
Hopefully Gomi returns to form.
Also Sengoku has some good looking championship belts. Unlike that thing Wamma came up with to strap on Fedor.

I'm amazingly excited...

for this show. I don’t know why but Sengoku hasn’t really been “must see” for me yet, it’s been more of a “I’ll catch the videos in a day or two” but I’ll be up late watching tonight (or tomorrow morning if you’re the kind of prick who insists on calling anything after midnight "morning")

I've caught 5 of the 6 live

and they’ll all been good solid MMA. Grab some beers kick back with some other people that are watching it and ENJOY.

Gimme 1 Round!

HAHAHA interesting match ups

Sengoku doesnt put on extravaganza type of entrance like DREAM does. Still i like to watch them because their rules. Stomping and kneeing on the ground is allowed. Gi is allowed too.

They have great fighters and they are not afraid to put them against strong opponents, no exception for Japanese fighters either. Also they dont BS decision and dont favor Japanese fighter, but stronger fighter!

Honestly I want Yoshihiro Akiyama to sign with UFC, but since they are more money around for him if he stays in Japan then I really want him to join Sengoku~

I wouldn't say they favor stronger fighter not Japanese fighter

Because in Gomi vs Golyeav the Japanese fighter clearly won – but got robbed on the cards. A better way to put it is – there is straight up ZERO favortism. (Unless Sengoku was really mad at Gomi for something)

Gimme 1 Round!
