"He's flat-footed, has no technique, but he can punch. That always helps. He's accurate. He'll follow you right to the floor, so he's aggressive. But that aggressiveness can be used to our advantage, I think."

WAR ARLOVSKI!
Can’t wait for this! Question, so does this mean Roach is gonna be in his corner that night?
I was up late last night and caught the M1-Challenge on HDNet and saw some Affliction: DoR PPV commercials. Man I wish they would put these on when someone is actually watching.

I thought he was crazy when he said Pacquiao would dominate Del la Hoya
So you never know, but I will never bet on anyone fighting Fedor.

I bet on Hong Man...
but only a small amount on the hopes that he’d pull off a miracle and the insane odds would pull off.
I’m still pretty sure I’ll be going with Fedor as my official prediction…
Still I’ll be pulling for AA.

Arlovski might beat Fedor in a boxing match. I just don’t see him hanging with Fedor on the ground. Roy Nelson had Arlovski in a predicament until that fight was inexplicably stood up. With all due respect to Mr. Nelson, he’s no Fedor. Stranger things have happened, but I’ll take Fedor.

Arlovski’s guard is so awful that I’d be shocked if it took Fedor more than three minutes to put him away after ending up on the ground. Like dissociative-break-with-reality shocked.

The good thing is
Despite AA being the better boxer his jab SUCKS. His double jab is actually really good which makes it even more mindboggling why his single jab is so bad. He short arms it and doesn’t snap it at all. There is youtube vid of him sparring with Fres Oquendo and when he’s doubling the jab and throwing the right behind it he’s impressive but his defensive single jab is just slow, ineffective and bad….

That is supposedly
…something Roach has been working a lot. No point throwing a pawing jab…I hope that Roach is really drilling it into his head that the jab can set up damn near everything if you throw it like you mean it.

agreed. Best weapon in boxing. Wlad wins fights throwing 95% jabs and mixing in 3 or 4 rights a round. (after he’s warmed up by beating people down for 3 or 4 rounds with solely the jab)
