at least the shit talking is kept to a minimum between franklin and henderson. i am shocked, SHOCKED, that franklin is underdogged. henderson better bring all of those dimensions he talks about, he is going to need all 37 of them.

What a waste

I think the Countdown shows are the UFC’s best advertising tools. Why don’t they show them more often on Spike? Or, better yet, buy some time on other cable channels and get some real exposure? Since the UFC is in the habit of settling for marketing underachievement, I guess it’s not such a surprise that they would make an episode and then not air it a single time in the US. WTF, nonetheless.

People should check this countdown out, it was quite good. Too bad it’s not getting aired on Spike. Franklin was very funny as Nick pointed out and I’m quite looking forward to the two main fights now.

The only thing I have issue with is the "freak" injury claim

It’s no secret that if you post your arm like that on a fall it is going to break. That is shitty technique on Shogun’s part and it will happen again if he keeps doing that.
