A fight between Okami and Marquardt would be perfect for next top contender. Oh well, this will be interesting.

Marquardt by destruction. I think Okami should get the next shot and then probably Nate. I definitely don;t think they should fight each other until after that, so the UFC has 2 decent fights for Silva.

Lister isn’t awful but I think this match is basically Dana protecting his best shot for a middleweight who can take a run at the Spider. (He even has that W on his record, although he was asleep when he got it).

We haven't seen Okami up against someone with killer JJ

but Lister is so one dimensional, Okami shouldn’t have too much trouble putting the beat down on him ala Marquardt.
Agree that I’d much rather see Okami vs Marquardt.

When the Hell are we going to see Almeida/Marquardt 2?!?!?

I say Okami beats Lister, and gets the next sot at Silva. Around that same time, we see Almeida/Marquardt 2, with the winner getting the next shot after Okami.

As much as I love Almeida, Marquardt is pretty damn scary right now. i don’t know what Jackson has been feeding him, but I want some, lol.
