Phil Baroni's manager Ken Pavia told MMANews.com on Friday that Baroni will have to miss his bout at Strikeforce's Denver show on October 3rd. Baroni suffered a laceration which required six stitches to his eyelid during his Palace Fighting Championship bout with Olaf Alfonso last week. The newly minted 170-pounder had been set to square off against fellow journeyman Hans Marrero.
