Clip of the Day: Todd Moore vs. Shinya Aoki
Because you just don't see good a neck crank - or "sleeper hold" as Lenne Hardt announced it to the crowd - in MMA very often these days. (Hidehiko Yoshida pulled off a good one on Maurice Smith at Sengoku III back in June.) And because MMAJunkie is posting hi-quality versions of the best DREAM.6 fights all this week, with HDNet's consent no less.
Aoki recently said that he'd like to fight at every DREAM event from now on. He's only missed one so far (DREAM.3, due to injury) and with fights as exciting and quick as this, I don't think anyone would complain about having to watch him even more in the future.

So true.
I’d buy Mark Cuban a beer, but he probably owns several breweries.

DirecTV is killing me. I can only get them with the HD package, but I don’t have an HD TV.

I say Ole’ chap, thats quite a bumma. lol
YOU HAVE to make getting and HD set your 1st priority, NAO! :) I’m glad I got my Dish service back on last week. I DVR’d it and saw it all yesterday when I got home from wk. First time seeing a Dream show. I really enjoyed it, the whole presentation, the announcers especially, and the fights as well. Just a shame Crocop couldnt continue.

I’ve seen people making fun of the commentary on that show, but when Mousasi KO’d Jacare and Kenny Rice said “MOUSASI JUST BAGGED HIM A GATOR!,” I laughed for about 5 minutes.
(The “power meters” were a little silly though.)

Jordan Breen went on a full-on rant on his show yesterday about it (and the commentary in general).
It didn’t bother me much, but I still don’t understand why would someone use them? yeah a guy with a 5 in grappling is better than a guy with a 1 but what’s the difference between a 3 and 4?

I wish I could read the ones they used on the Japanese broadcast. They look equally silly.

Going by Romance of the Three Kingdoms XI’s pentagon stats, Aoki would have a 2 in Charisma
and a 5 in War.

Fortunately for Aoki, he possesses +5 charisma pants.

That game series just keeps rolling.
They seem to have stalled somewhat, but for a long time they were the best TBS games available on console.
There is no such thing as innocence, only degrees of guilt.
