So for those of us in the area with Verizon FiOS… Mid-Atlantic Sports Net channel maybe?

Oh, and what’s your level of involvement, Luke? Will we be hearing your dulcet tones doing commentary on this show?

Good question

I’m not on this show. This is the one from back in April and Frank Trigg was the color commentator. I’ll be doing those duties for the event next month.

Strange as it might seem, it appears that Verizon carries Comcast SportsNet… Go figure!

The show featured one of the most brutal knockouts ever (Woods v. Stalling) as well as Mike Easton. Watch it.

But skip the Carlo Prater v. Marcelo Brito fight.

That was brutal. Slamming somebody who has you in an armbar is a risky move, but DAMN it paid off for him.

What the hell was up with the Cher talk? Jeez.

Also, I like the cheap Ikea stool.
