Duarte is OUT of the UFC
Duarte is out of the UFC, signed with CFC recently.

So, if the next AS is 24yo, it would be Nover or Nelson, if Duarte is out of the UFC.

Duarte is the name that has spread all over the net since Dana said that. If he is out of the UFC, then he must not have made it into the house.
