Fronted by Luke Thomas. I, too, am a huge fan of Big O & Dukes and believe any major talk radio show that covers MMA as enthusiastically as they do deserves attention.

This dude is awesome as hell. This had to be the greatest radio interview I have ever heard in my life. You can check it out at this link (mp3 for the interview here). Check out a few other podacasts of BOAD while you're there, these guys are great. I am a new fan to MMA thanks to these guys. Big O and Dukes do everything they can to get the word out for MMA, and they deserve the same in return
