Why is he pulling up his shirt for a dude? Also, note that Rampage doesn’t have a scratch on him.

crazy huh, forrest taking out rampages leg was the only damage he did for 25 mins

by lovingmma25 on Jul 8, 2008 5:05 PM EDT up reply actions

To think that earned him a medical suspension through January 2nd.

Actually

"Rampage" must have his left knee, tibia, fibia and thumb x-rayed and cleared by an orthopedic doctor or there will be no contest until January 2, 2009. He will have to ride out a minimum suspension until at least August 5 and there is no contact allowed until July 27.

so you do know then the the suspension is purely precautionary, and not based on any actual diagnosis?

Bitter much little fella?

That’s nothing. When you cut weight and diet hard, the weight comes back really really fast once you start eating again.

by jcee on Jul 8, 2008 5:41 PM EDT reply actions

the weight doesn’t come back “really fast” if you’re actually training hard & eating right every day

1. Fibula
2. A lot of the weight is back by fight time.
3. Mac Danzig’s eyes in that gif.

There are some guys who are able...

to yo-yo successfully (while young anyway…it’s a whole ‘nother ballgame once you get older). I’m still not seeing him as being THAT out of shape looking.

He doesn’t look in fighting shape at the moment. I think that’s a valid point regardless of what kind of shape the commenter is in.

by Richard Wade on Jul 9, 2008 12:58 AM EDT up reply actions

Bisping was in amazing shape for his last two fights. There’s no reason to suspect he won’t do the same against Leben.
