Jorge Gurgel vs. Cole Miller Streaming on UFC.com
Last night's undercard bout between Jorge Gurgel and Cole Miller is streaming for free right now on the front page of UFC.com. It's an exciting fight with a great finish that earned one of the fighters a tidy "Submission of the Night" bonus - definitely recommended viewing.
Props to the UFC for posting these free prelims for the past couple events. Giving fights like this one and Dustin Hazelett/Josh Burkman away - and announcing it on the PPV - is a great way to give young underexposed fighters some much-deserved shine.

Wow that was fucking amazing. So much for Gurgel taking the fight to the ground.

Yeah props to the UFC for deliberately not televising the best undercard fights on their last two mediocre shows so they can promote their website. oh wait no that sucks.

Um, that fight went almost a full three rounds. When would they have shown it on the PPV?

I was pretty impressed buy Jorge Gurgel in that fight, leading into that fight I thought if he did not win his days in the UFC were numbered ? But I now think becasue of that performance he will get another chance inside the octagon, It was a great back and fourth fight. On a side note the Joe Rogan bias nut hugging was out in full force for Gurgel in that fight also, You would of thought that Miller was doing nothing at all buy the sounds of Rogan ? I loved when he said there is no way Miller could Sub Gurgel then he did it about 30 seconds later and made him eat his words !!!!

So, at the beginning of the fight you were 100% confident that Miller would sub Gurgel? You must have ESP or something.
There was no reason to believe that Miller would sub Gurgel, Gurgel had a shitty gameplan (as usual), took too many shots and got sloppy and got caught. There was no reason to remotely think Miller’s gameplan would have been to sub Gurgel.
Man, some of you guys sure have a thing for Rogan hating no?

He didn’t say anything remotely like that. He was saying the Rogan’s commentating seemed biased toward Gurgel (which it did) and that he enjoyed when less than a minute after claiming Miller couldn’t sub Gurgel, he did.

No one hates Rogan I actually like the way he explaiins things when a fight is going on, he is great for those who don’t know the sport and explains things well. What I and a hell of alot of people don’t like is his blanted bias towards one fighter over another that he has shown in countless times,Its so dam obvious and out in the open that it makes me sick. That is the last thing a professinal broadcaster is sapose to do show favortism to one fighter over the other its so very unprofessianl and rude. Its not just fans that bring this shit up eather its been talked about on a hell of alot of radio shows about MMA and buy a few fighters also !!!!!
