James Irvin positive for Methadone and Oxymorphone:

Irvin tested positive for methadone and oxymorphone, according to the NSAC's urinalysis, released to media outlets on Tuesday. Neither drug is approved by the commission.

Irvin could be suspended and fined as a result of the positive tests, and has 20 days to respond to the findings, at which time a hearing will be scheduled with the commission.

Both methadone and oxymorphone are both primarily used for pain relief, although methadone is also used in treating narcotic addiction.

Maybe he was nursing his broken foot injury suffered from training earlier this year.

Methadone 9/10 is used so the Addict will not get dope sick and have to live the life of a ddict and worry about how they are going to get there Dope every day. instead of the person having to do Herion,OxyContin,Morphine etc or abuse any otherkind of Hard opiate based substances a doctor or clinic will put them on a daily dose of methadone so so they can feel normal and not get dope sick. Methadone from time to time is also used for real severe pain but thats rare, doctores would rather give the patient another kind of pain killer with less of a half life and less addictive, The other opiate that came up in his system oxymorphone ius some powerful shit also. I am 99% sure James likes to get high and is abuse opiates from the results of this test.

As I recall the addict has to go to a clinic everyday to get the Methadone, correct? But for him to be taking two forms of opiates is pretty serious. It will be interesting to see (read) how he responds.

Yeah there is no way a Doctor gave this to him for pain these powerful opiates are only given for severe pain like for termenal cancer,Horrible Back problems,3rd dagree Burns, etc A Doctor would give a banged up fighter way less powerful opiuate pain killers like Vicoden,Loratab,Codeine etc. Not shit like this. There is no dout in my mind he was using them to get High !!!! Yes most of the times Metadone is given out from a methadone clinic but it is also given to people with severe pain form Doctors He was probably buying the shit illegal of the streets like most people who abuse pain killers do ?
