Joe Rogan talks Jake Shields on the UG: "I think what Shields' doing right now is awesome. He's training with Nick Diaz, and he spends time with the AKA guys sometimes as well. His jiu jitsu is as good as you'll see in MMA. He has very, very strong submissions. His stand up is looking better all the time as well.
