MMA Nation on 106.7 WJFK This Weekend: Josh Barnett, Seph Smith

This Saturday on "MMA Nation" we'll be talking to former UFC Heavyweight Champion and current Pancrase Open Weight Champion Josh Barnett as he readies for a rematch with Pedro "The Rock" Rizzo at "Affliction: Banned" on Saturday, July 19th.

We'll also be talking to BJJ instructor and MMA fighter Seph Smith. Seph is a black belt in Sambo, brown belt in Judo and Purple Belt in BJJ under Lloyd Irvin. He'll be joining us to breakdown what techniques and strategies Rampage, Griffin, Almeida and Cote need to use to win this Saturday at UFC 86.

Ask him what it’s going to be like fighting back in America for the second time since it was revealed that he was a steroid-cheater, what sort of steroids he’s chosen for this event, and whether he thinks he’s cycled off fast enough to avoid getting popped.

“Now obviously, Josh, steroids are going to be a big part of your strategy on the 19th. What sort of cocktail has your pharmacist worked up for this event?”
