This looks like a before/after shot for some infomercial

Hopefully he doesn’t assume that he can trade blows with Irvin now that he’s a big fella. He needs to keep his distance and work Irvin down before he goes for the kill.

I’m curious as to when his 185 pic was taken…they look pretty much the same. You can see it a little in his face, but not 20 pounds worth. No surprise if he just stayed at his natural weight for the 205 fight, but that 20 pounds has to go somewhere…he certainly hides it well in those pics

If you look closely, you can also see it in the chest and torso, and a little bit in the shoulders. He’s also probably put a bunch of the muscle mass on his legs, which are covered by the shorts in the first photo and partially out of the frame in both. Considering that muscle weighs more than fat, the 10-15 pounds of muscle he’s probably put on looks about reasonable.

The tits and stomach is at least 10 – 15 lbs more that the 185 pic. I dunno how you dont see it.

He was walking around 100kg (220.5 pounds) on Monday.

He definitely has more muscle mass in the 205 photo. He also looks a little better hydrated, but maybe that’s just the baby oil rubdown he’s got going on.

He looks prety much the same. Maybe a bit more mass due to water weight and his legs probably gain a bit. other than that his shoulders are the only thing i can see that have any kind of substantial gain. Its not his weight that should worry james Irvin its his right knee and right hook

Stick to your morals and dont be influenced by the negative. Good does prevail in the long run. Dont be afraid to stand up for others who can't

BJ Penn should take notes

Silva actually looks like he put on 20 lbs of muscle vs 20 lbs of Hawaiian food.
