Announcement: BloodyElbow.com on NewsChannel 8's "Sports Talk"

To all those in the Washington, D.C. area, I'll be on NewsChannel 8's "Sports Talk" with Glenn Harris this Friday from 8:00 - 8:30 p.m. Even though it's on television, the show is live and takes callers, so feel free to chat me up if you see me on. This is show primarily aimed at the boxing audience. I think I'm actually their first MMA-related guest, so we'll be talking about a lot of material the readers of this site already know quite well.

I don't think DirecTV subscribers will be able to watch me, but if you've got Comcast you should be golden. Either way, I'll try to get some video up after the show.

And, as always, thanks for the support.

DirecTV subscribers are boned.

Comcast subscribers, at least in the Baltimore metro area, are also boned.

I thought News Channel 8 was something made up on the Tony Kornheiser show, which I know Luke loves more than anything in this world.

?

No, it’s very real. Unless I’m being led completely astray on this one.

Well, you see, I don’t receive the channel, living in the Baltimore area, and Tony would always refer to do stuff for the viewers watching on News Channel 8, and I got the impression it was just a gag, since the show wasn’t actually simulcast on television.

But now I know the channel actually exists, and you are going to be on it.
