Thank Goodness for the WEC

Should be a great night, maybe it’s just me but I like WEC’s production the best of the big players to be honest. Shame that they’re only on shitty Versus (or shame that versus isn’t available where I live.. YMMV).

If you’re in Western Canada this likely won’t be viewable till Tuesday unless you can find an internet feed. Neither Shaw nor BEV will be broadcasting it via TSN-Alt (to my knowledge).

If anyone asks you about tonight’s show. Please tell them to check out the WEC for what MMA is supposed to be.

God, I can’t wait to see this! I feel so dirty after watching the EliteXC show. Watching the WEC event will be like a nice cleansing… haha.

I’m really just parroting everyone else’s comments, but yeah this WEC card has me really excited, particularly after the sad display of actually MMA EliteXC’s card turned out to be.

Though they don’t have a large enough roster to have a lot of shows, the few that they have tend to be great shows top to bottom. Really looking forward to seeing the Mexican Mullet (possibly the worst haircut of any champion, but at the same time one of the most deserving people to hold a title with all of the dues he’s paid) take on a game opponent and Lil evil and Faber tangle (I’m torn on who to root for, so I’m just hoping to see a great fight).
