Press Conference Drama...Oh, Tito
There is bedlam at the post-fight presser, ensuring that Tito Ortiz will be the story coming out of UFC 84:
The former UFC light heavyweight champion, saying he was banned by UFC president Dana White, showed up uninvited as reporters were filing in. He began to answer questions from a couple reporters before getting into an animated discussion with a UFC media relations employee. Ortiz was told to leave, but refused after girlfriend Jenna Jameson told him to stay. The UFC decided to give Ortiz 10 minutes to speak before the official press conference, and Ortiz began answering questions.... A grinning Ortiz has been sitting at the press table since this went down; Four Las Vegas Metropolitan police officers were escoteed into the press room.
God I hope this is all on video.

That was a vicious knee.
I’ll follow Tito wherever he goes. He’s been good to the sport.
Dana weilds too much power over the fighter’s lives. This is a business and not about his ego.
Yes...
it is a business. Which means that if the UFC doesn’t want to pay Tito’s price. They are entitled to do so.

I don’t understand the Tito love. He has never been that exciting and has long gotten by on personality more than anything else. He comes off like an idiot in interviews and is rarely fun to watch inside the cage. He gets, in my opinion, far too much attention considering he’s just not a top level fighter and hasn’t been for years.

I have a feeling...
...that Tito will do anything Jenna tells him.
So even if he was interested in coming back to the UFC I can all but promise that Jenna will say no and he will listen.

Tito is Dana's Bitch
Listening to Tito speak is not only unintelligible, it’s suspiciously like my 9 month-old baby crying. I have to admit I had a horrible feeling today, though – is it possible that Tito’s aggressiveness towards Dana isn’t just showmanship, and that he’ll stay with the UFC and be a heel, using the Dana/Tito ‘bad blood’ to hype fight after fight? I doubt it, and I sure hope it’s not true, because I love MMA for it’s real drama, not the drummed up shit. Tito can suck it, I hope he loses all of his fights until he finally contract the STD from hell from Jenna that puts him out of the sport. I’m kinda joking, but Tito does annoy me. Big fan of Jenna’s when she’s not talking.
