Something about him gets to worked up and his mouth can’t keep up with his thoughts. I watched the Apprentice to see how he would do, and in a presentation, he had the same troubles communicating his thoughts.

Tito seems to regress every day. Like some sort of reverse evolution. It’s like he’s been in a car accident and now years later he’s feeling the real impact of it. I guess this is the lifelong result after Chuck hits you in the head one too many times.
