Big Nog will bring Anderson in for a guest appearance on TUF8. No doubt... oh, and that is a very pretty sweep, especially when executed by the "ballet of violence."

My instructor taught us this sweep a few weeks ago. It’s pretty solid. I thought it would be tough to finish, but I was able to take my friend down who weighs 60-70 pounds more than me.
