BJ Penn is the boy who cried wolf. Before every fight we hear him say he takes training serious and he's doing it harder than he's ever done before and everyone believes him. And then gets disappointed when he gasses after eight minutes. Then rinse repeat for his next fight.

It's not really worth it to reply to the haters because they'll use the same argument every time against BJ.

Maybe BJ will gass out. Or maybe Sherk will not be as strong without Nandralone in his system. Who knows, only time will tell.

Penn ends a fight early so therefore he couldn't have gone 5 rounds without gassing. Brilliant logic. Do you have a PhD?
