For any fan of any fightsport w/HDNet

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...  And watch K-1 WGP on HDNet Tonight!!!   Undoubtedly one of the top 5 cards of any fightsport I've ever seen...  And I've seen a few.   3 words AMAZING, UNBELIEVABLE, BRUTAL!!!  Apparently I've gotta add 20 some more words after this word right here....  So I'll just go on to exclaim how amazing this card was...  Fights of the Night abound...  3 KO's of the year candidates IN A ROW!!!  Its 6:30 in the morning and I have paper thin walls and i've literally shouted out loud 3 times.  I'm sure the neighbors will speak with me later.

Best K-1 card I've ever seen - The announcer said it was the best K-1 card he's ever worked...  PRIDE 33 level card.  So many HL's

EDIT FIRST COMMENT CONTAINS A SPOILER BEWARE

Posted before the finals:  Still awesome but In a different way from the rest of the fights WTF?!?!  I haven't seen anything like that since Tyson Holyfield

So far so GREAT

K1 WGP is amazing so far, Manhoef and Hari’s KO’s were beautiful. I think Hari’s wins by KO.

Like Pride 33

Ending with Tyson Holyfield as a bonus attraction after Wand Hendo

Without giving away too much the ending fight =STRANGE
One fighter goes psycho , Other fighter hams it up
Oh well lots of good fights

I agree

Its weird but I think somebody just hammed it up a little much considering the illegal blow wasn’t flush. Then again I’ve never had it happen to me when I’m one of the top 2 kickboxers in the world, competing for its highest achievement… So my comment on that matter don’t matter

There is no doubt in my mind that was he doing a little acting. Was he hurt? Perhaps but the guy takes punches for a living. Unless a replay shows the blow to his eye I will still believe that he hammed it to get the $$ and belt. I thought PRIDE was bought by the UFC. Lol Guess Not

I Stayed Up For This...

Everything was going good until the end. Great production (UFC pay attention) and great fights. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a live K-1 fight. Maybe the Japanese aren’t supporting MMA, but 20,000+ people like watching stand-up fighters.

I’ll be watching the next K-1 event if they can keep bringing this level of talent to the ring.

Glad I woke up at 5!

I couldn’t get back to sleep and caught the two semi’s and finals online. The first semi was great, and the second semi and finals entertaining in their own right though it was disappointing to see the final end the way it did…
