A Party?
I have been a huge fan of Liddell in the past but it is hard to admire him lately. If he wants to hold the title again I think he should make training and evolving his game his singular focus. That means no after parties, no gambling, no life outside the gym. The hungry fighters live and breath to train harder and longer than their possible opponents. I don’t see any hunger in Liddell. He doesn’t look hungry for it, he looks tired and apathetic about everything.

Stephan Bonnar says Chuck vs. Brock, and I couldn’t agree more. Except I’d like to see that at 205. :-)

Um.....
I don’t think that it would be possible for Brock Lesnar to cut to 205.

Dude, starvation diet, tied to a bed for 3 months – it’d be fine.

![Tito Ortiz says he had bills to be paid and Chuck Liddell was an alcoholic:
"I have no more back problems, but other things started coming about," Ortiz said. "The first week of training (for UFC 106), I got bounced on my head. I had C6 and C7 discs pressing on my spinal cord. I shouldn't have fought. But when you take 18 months off and bills have to be paid? I'll suck it up."
"Two weeks before the fight, I was wrestling with one of my partners, and we collided heads. I fractured my orbital bone. I don't remember the weigh-ins. I don't remember the fight. All I remember was the beginning of the third round."
... "I think [Liddell] had a problem," Ortiz said. "A lot of people go through addiction. I think his deal was he was an alcoholic. He loved to party." "He's been sober since November, and he looks like a different person. It's awesome. I'm proud of him – really proud of him."

![After the Fight Against Tito Ortiz, Dana White Wants Chuck Liddell to be the "UFC Director of Fun"?
"The thing that everybody loves about Chuck Liddell is he's a fighter," White said. "That guy loves to fight. When you're walking out in that arena, and 16,000 people are going crazy and yelling your name and [expletive], it's hard to walk away from."
"He's made a lot of money, and I'll pay him more money to [expletive] not fight. He can come in and be the Director of Fun or something. I don't know. I'll give him a [expletive] job that he doesn't have to fight. I love him. I respect him. I think he helped us build this business. He's been an incredibly loyal guy to me, an incredible friend to me, and he doesn't have to fight anymore... I respect him for wanting to, but I don't want him to."
