Once again
Forrest shows his proffesionalism.

Not one serious answer and some smartassness thrown in…
Everyone else was nice and really tried to answer the girls questions even though they know shes not an MMA girl. How can you not love Nog? :P Mir is just getting me pumped and I can honeslty say that maybe the show did try to capture his douche side on purpose. He’s been nothing but respectful towards Nog. Good stuff…
Ok – so Wanderlei, Rampage , Forrest and Rashad were the only ones nodding or doing anything worthy in their appearance with L.L. Cool J – Does Frank not know how to go along with the program?

Forrest looked like he was playing it up on purpose for a laugh. Mir might be even whiter than Forrest and doesn’t like jokes as much. How about I take LL and make him square dance at the Grand Ol’ Opry? I think he’ll look just like Mir: out of his element.
as much as i wanted to hear what the fighters had to say, i almost broke my laptop listening to that retarded woman for a minute. poor guys
Judging by the seating they showed at the end of the LL Cool J clip… there were about 50 people in attendance, not including the claques they paid to act excited about LL Cool J…
Am I too cynical?
You weren’t excited about watching L.L. Cool J?
Some young people I know were saying how he is not relevant anymore, I don’t get it. He made it when most other rappers didn’t and has lasted the longest.
I guess since he is not a thug like some of the other rappers now a days. I sound old don’t I?

Yeah, man. It’s not about being old but being able to look from the outside and realize trends. People don’t like music or other fads from ten or twenty years ago unless it has somehow stayed relevant. LL Cool J has not. Also, the audience that still appreciates LL is not the same audience that would show up to the Spike Video Game Awards. First rule of marketing is know your demo and I think Spike failed at that.
Has he lasted as a rapper? I thought his career arc was like a less successful Will Smith—- rapping, acting, little rapping, some more acting. Wikipedia says I am wrong.
The last rap song I remember him doing was when I was in the 4th grade (circa 1989). The guys contemporaries were MC Hammer, Vanilla Ice, New Kids on the Block, and frigging Milli Vanilli.
Anyway, we are very far afield. I really kind of feel embarrassed for the sport that the UFC is so heavily connected with this crap (not even LL Cool J but the whole thing), but I guess its necessary at this stage of the sports development.
I just wanted to say that I really like Noguiera’s style. The guy is a class act, allways humble and down to earth. I’m just saying he’s a cool guy. What’s worong with that? I like the guy that’s all. What? you think i’m i’m a freakin shirt lifter or something? It’s not like that, can’t one guy just like another guy’s style and leave it at that? that’s all i’m saying. Nothing more.
Damn he looks good in those jeans.

Shirt lifter
What? That’s slang I haven’t heard. I feel bad for laughing, but I laughed.
