Yoshiro Maeda
Looking over one of my favorite sites, BestFightOdds, I see that Yoshiro Maeda and Rani Yahya are at pretty much a dead heat. There is definitely some good money to be made here with a bet on Maeda.
Maeda is extremely experienced and had an absolute war with the best 135 pounder in the world. Yahya is a one dimensional fighter who has lost 3 of his last 5. Although Maeda is coming off of a loss himself, there is no shame losing in that fashion to Miguel Torres. He also finished a very tough Charlie Valencia with a ferocious body kick.
Look for Maeda to steer clear of Yahya's subpar takedown attempts and control him with crisp striking. I wouldn't be shocked if Maeda ended this fight courtesy of a well placed knee on the forehead of a lunging Rani Yahya.

I would say you are mostly right, but you are under playing Yahya’s ground game. It took the serious wrestling skill of Chase Beebe to stop Yahya’s ground game. But you are dead on about Rani’s lunge take downs. They are awful. But if Yahya can get it down in the first when he still has some gas left then he has a distinct chance, but I would bet against it. Oh thats right, I did. Maeda will take him into the deep waters of the later rounds and come out on top.
