Brock’s first big big injury in this sport? 5 stitches?? Gimme a break. His cut was nothing. I love announcers that think they know stuff.
For boxers
a cut like that, especially above the eye, is a pretty damning injury. Getting jabbed 400 times in a night provides ample opportunity for those cuts to bust open and destroy visibility.
He’s just an old-timey, out-of-the-MMA-loop boxing analyst who’s really trying to apply his boxing knowledge to the sport of MMA.
There is no such thing as innocence, only degrees of guilt.
