I can’t see a 50 cent song drawing in a new demographic of any significant size. I just don’t see it happening. Maybe they’re making some sponsorship money, they seem to be promoting those Dr Dre headphones.
There will be much backlash on the net following this event, hopefully Zuffa hasn’t committed to some long term deal with “fiddy”.

Backlash on the net doesn’t and shouldn’t phase dana.
The net is full of people that said Affliction, IFL, Bodog, WFA, etc were going to destroy the UFC.
An mma highlight package with a rap song as the video brings the UFC to a whole new audience.
