The EliteXC VP sits down with ESPNRadio1100:

On the subject of the Seth Petruzelli claim that he was told 'no takedowns' before the Kimbo fight, Shaw said that he'd never heard anyone from EliteXC say that.

He also took on Las Vegas radio host Dave Cokin when he repeatedly said "Kimbo sucks, stop pushing him as a real fighter."

Yeah Luke he did but not enuff for my liking. I know $kala is going to be on Sherdog radio today=Beatdown.I will check out the interview tonight when I get home form work, I hope TJ really grills his ass on all thats happend the last few days, I kind of wish they would of let J Breen do the interview today instead of TJ ? Dam Luke I would love to see you get his ass on MMA Nation you would not hold back !!!!

Jared Shaw has no business representing any sports business with a national scope. This was a good interview, and he answered the questions fairly well. However, his antics ringside are unbelievably improper. Having his as a front man of sorts for EXC says something about the promotion and CBS. I’m beginning to think it shows a lack of seriousness about MMA as a sport.
