the funny part is
Herman said in an interview he just improvised that in the middle of the fight — he’s never practiced the move in his life.
Dude is just freaky athletic, incredible balance, etc.
If he starts training seriously he could be a real force.

Strangely, EXC has actually put on a few decent shows lately. Unfortunately, all the crap that goes along with them is overshadowing it.
