This clip is more an informercial for Sanderson's new supplement line, but it nevertheless offers footage of the greatest American collegiate wrestler ever training at Xtreme Couture...and getting triangled.

I knew that was coming. Dan lost in college, Cael didn’t. Dan’s a better wrestler for sure given how well he did internationally, but Cael going undefeated in college makes him the best.

I've always wondered

How some of the legends of wrestling would do in MMA…. Alexander Karelin has 1 match with a decision win over Akira Maeda but that was early rings and thusly could certainly be a work.
