I'll be on Fight Network Radio today at 3:10 pm EST to talk the goings-on in MMA today. Click here for more information about the show and I'll be sure to post the mp3 of the appearance when it's up.
I've been really slack about promoting appearances recently. I've actually done some television locally and contributed to ESPN affiliate radio shows throughout the country. Given that I am a whore for attention and shameless self-promoter I guess I should get back on the whoring and self-promoting bandwagon. Silly me.
