Here's the link to prove it. If you've got a free Saturday night and want to watch some great, free MMA while nitpicking all of the details I screw up, now's your chance. UWC and Sherdog have worked out a deal to give MMA fans all the action they crave while putting the spotlight on up and coming talent like Antwain Britt, Mike Easton or Johnny Dodson.

Also, I'll be doing MMA Nation live from the Patriot Center inside the VIP lounge. So, expect Carlos Condit, Chad Dukes and Urijah Faber to stop by as we talk UWC, WEC and the EliteXC scandal. Go to WJFK.com to stream that live over your computer.

I LOVE Free Streaming!

It’s a great way to get a bit more exposure, for the regional orgs and the fighters. Plus, its fun to watch them not worry about the politics of the bigger orgs, so the scrappy little bastards can brawl all they want.

How are you hearing or watching this? The Sherdog link takes me to the main page, and the WJFK earlier was playing some talking heads (discussing how horrible the media is because some kid got suspended for something), and right now some lady is wanting to ask dead people questions…
